just saying hi.

Hello all.

Just thought I would introduce myself.

My name is Andy (20) from Cambridge.

Im looking to replace my Astra SRI sporthatch 1.8 next year.

Really interested in in the Civic Type-S 1.8 i-shift next year.

just here to gather info, tips and general thoughts of this great jap motor.

It appeals as the boot is huge in comparison to my Astra and has more poke.plus I cant drive a manual so the i-shift will be ideal.

I look forward to making aquaintances with members on here.

Welcome Andy, cant say much about I-shift as I dont have one, but there are plenty on here to offer advice. I have had several Astras over the years and have always liked them, but the Civic is better in every way. Go for it you wont regret it.

I have the manual and I like the freedom it gives, plus the clutch feels light so it doesn't hurt the left foot.
