Future French Civic Rider !!! - Page 2

Hi Gentlemen !

My futur NHB 2,2 Civic has been prepared at mecanics store and has been transfered to leather equipment shop and as organized, i should be recieving it this comming wensday.
As inquired earlier, the mecanical at Honda has certified that flat battery problem for models manifactured end of 2007 sold out to be a 2008 mod has been solved. We shall wait and see .....! Till then, i'll fix myself a cup of tea and go to sleep !o!

It's the best place to be during the waiting of the car and after having it ! It's addictive !

Its a real drugg adict machine, this Civic !!!??
You can get good Germain cars like the Golf and the A3 but there's tooooo much of those impersonal cars, i think they would give you some kicks just the 1st week, then it's a good car to go from home to work and back again... But the Civic, i have the impression that it is one of these rare cars when you go into it even after a year, you woul still get your first love kick still going !!!!!!!!!!! Civic made for pure passion !!!!

I'm also thinking about a Sport one, but I like leather (as I have in my old good Accord)...

Yes, leather leather leather .........!!!!!!!!!
1700 euros for all the seats + the doors !! If you order at Opel and want leather, it's 2500 euros, I advise you to get your car at Honda - Boulogne - route de la Rene, near the peripherique and ask for Olivier VIVIEN and come on my behalf, he knows me well.
They work with an artisan who make and fixes hand made and craft leather for Honda around Paris for over 30 years, nothing to be compared with the ones working at Honda, i saw an example of there work and on wensday i will have an oppitunaty of taking some pictures and would be delited to show the work.
Hope i'v answered your question, is so, i'm more that glad to have done it !

I certainly wont forget that, my freind !! i would just be so proud of it, i'v just forgot to say that i had my honda dealer and told him to add to my caddy the city pack protection (very good for Paris stock car driv'n !o!) and which gives a more agressive look to it. I also orded these aluminium foot steps for paint protection on door sides at lower part of the chassi. That would give one funky stylish look to it !!!!!!!!! I can see it !! it's just there

Monday, Honda calls me for an appointement........ wait and see...... to be continued ...

Hi All you Civiclized freinds !!!
Last news, the leather is finished and this Monday, they are fixing the seats and other leather elements in the Car, Tuesday is THE DAY and i'll try taking some pics inside & outside asap ! Thanks for waiting with me, i feel comforted

I'm keeping my old Astra car also for City running and the new one for long traveling and on Sunday mornings .... for Church !!

Hi freinds,

Honda called me to inform that my brand new car is waiting for me as programmed, yes it is on this teusday at 2 pm tomorrow

Just the time to get some good pics inside and outside as promised, Real cool, gotta take some pils for me to get some sleep tonight.
I'll be right there tomorrow and give you my impressions !!

I am NO LONGER A FUTUR CIVIC RIDER since 3 pm today !!!! Its just a beauty and on the peripherique, got losts of drivers looking at the space shuttle !!!
