Hello people, ive currently got a type r gt, purchased in october 2007, its been in the garage x1 for gear box faults, ive also received notification that ive a faulty handbrake, due to be repaired in march as garage waiting on parts, i feel the cars been introduced too quickly given theses faults. Previously had a vw beetle of which i had for 2.5 years and had no faults. Im a bit dissapointed with honda

Don't be too disappointed , Nearly everyone has had the handbrake recall, once this has been done I'm sure you will enjoy your Honda.

Hello allymfc1981!

Welcome to the forum.

Many modern cars with rear brake discs instead of drums got this problem, not just Honda.
So don't worry, Honda make fine cars.
Btw, I haven't got any problems with mine.
