New 'S' owner soon

Hello everyone,

Been lurking around for a while. Placed an order end of December 07. Just had a call from Dealer saying my car has arrived and will be ready to collect 1st March.

I can't wait. Went for a Milano Red Type-S GT 2.2 with Satnav and Image pack. Currently trying to sort out colour coding the exterior trims with the Dealer.

Fantastic forum, much like the S2ki I'm on too. My current S may have to go soon though

One question, what is the concenus on Gap Insurance? Is it worth it? Anyone have experience when claiming on Gap insurance?

i think its worth it on a new car i no somebody who wrote of a seat cupra 6 months old he got book value and was 4000 short but gap paid up back to invoice other wise he would have owed the finance company 4000 but worse still have no car hope this helps a little

i am about to get an 'S' real soon...
i was thinking about to buy it in about a year, but something good happened and i am thinking to get it sooner...and when i am saying sooner...i mean this week,....
