New
Hi all,
Will be snooping around here as this is an interesting forum for sure! Why am I here, let's call me a prospective Civic buyer. I'm currently in doubt regarding the follow up for my company car which is a Seat Ibiza Cupra D - not a 100% brilliant car but its fast and loads of fun for the driver... The new one has to be another diesel (high milages you know...). The list is down to a white Leon FR or a Tangerine Civic S. Have driven both; the Honda is much smarter, the Seat is fast. So the brain says Civic. Oh yes as this is mainly about cars, the other cars in the house at the moment: nuovo fiat 500 1.4, peug 106 gti and the ibi cupra. Cheers |

Welcome, I like both the Civic & the Leon but the Ciivic's interior is a much better place to be, the leon is quite drab inside

Hi there!
Another Hollander Well I tuned my Civic 2.2 i-CDTi and is about just as fast as a Leon FR. Maybe an option for you? I received my Civic last friday, only can say I love it! |

Welcome aboard.
Looking at website like this one can give a rather negative perspective of a car. Whilst there are many documented problems there are still many of us who are really happy with the car. This site offers loads of information and as has already been said take a look into the wiki section to get some good info. Whichever you choose happy shopping |

Thanks for the reactions. I know sites like these can give a rather negative impression of a car. But believe me, this here is actually not bad at all... And the wiki's are interesting.
And a small update: I have requested the leasecompany to make me an offer for an S with a 2.2 diesel. In orange, with Penta style rims. Oh, and chipped (as also suggested by my fellow countryman) for a small We'll see! |
