soon to be a 2.2 Diesel owner

Hi.

My work are giving me a 2.2 diesel company car and im quite looking forward to it after doing a bit of research on them.

I current drive a WRX Subaru aswell but this will be my 2nd Honda as I owned a 05 Plate Type R 2 years ago.

Anyone with any feedback regarding the 2.2 will be appreciated

Cheers all

Craig

Hi Craig,

Welcome! I own the diesel and its fantastic!! Getting about 40mpg which is good for my heavy right foot.

Get yourself a civinfo sticker on and become a supporter. Alot of really useful information and people on here. And to cap it off, they are all pretty friendly too (they dont bite, unless you ask them that is!)

Enjoy

Robbie

Hi Craig and welcome to civinfo.

I had a test drive in the diesel and really liked it, you've made a great choice, as all the 2.2 owners on here will tell you.

The model I have got is the SE.

I will be getting it mapped pretty much straight away. Its my first diesel so Im quite keen to see how it performs.

I've a Type R before and tbh I prefer the previous shape (the one I had). I looked at a few diesel's and the honda came top of my list.

Cheers for your all welcome's guys its much appreciated.
