Greetings from Croatia
Hi everyone and greetings from Croatia. I'm a new Civic Sedan 1.8 ES owner (only about 1300 km on the clock) and I've been lurking here for a while reading about experiences and problems you guys have with hatchback models.
The hatchback is also for sale in Croatia, but the sedan is offered as well - and it is made in Japan. I'd be happy to answer any questions anyone might have about the differences between the sedan vs hatchback models. I've attached a photo of my Civic. |

Welcome to the place!
The car looks great by the way. The sedan is offered here in Poland too and I see a few around. It's a great car, it's just a shame you don't get the same interior as the hatchback. I will be holidaying in Croatia this year so will keep an eye out for you |

It's just that to me it looks as if the hatch was designed for young people wanting to mod the car, upgrade it and race it. The sedan still looks unorthodox but is more "serious", like it wants to be driven slowly and leisurely and be bought by people in a midlife crisis like me The Accord, on the other hand, is too stereotypical a car for me, it looks like any other sedan on the road. The civic sedan is ... different. Seeing the hatch for the first time I was like "wow, I wish I was 10 years younger". Seeing the the sedan was love at first sight. |
