hello

been an owner of a 58 plate nhb ctr gt since september...just wondering if all the early gearbox problems should have been sorted? because i have noticed lst 2nd and 3rd seems to be getting notchy, also sometimes hard work getting in lst. tried pushing the clutch pedal to the mat no change ....is it just me

I'd get your dealer to take a look at the problem, its a brand new car afterall.

You're not the only 08MY Type R owner to be experiencing a problem with the gearbox.

Gear box issue

As Wheelie says take it into the dealer.

Take a look at the Thread Dimplyred showed you and if necessary take it back to the dealer to sort out for you.

thanks will defo have a trip to the dealers...but from reading about other peoples experiences with this problem the dealer is unlikley to admit the gearbox is dodgy, even after testing it.and they try to put it down to the driver
