Hello from Germany

Hello everybody

Just wanted to introduce myself to you. I live in Germany and just ordered my Civic 1 week ago. It will be mine in january.

I've ordered the 2.2i-CTDi Executive in Nighthawk Black with the Sat Nav.

As soon as I have my new baby I will post some High Res. photos .

Please excuse my bad English, I just learned it in School a couple of years.

Hi and welcome to Civinfo.

You've chosen a superb car, and the best colour (even if you will get lots of cleaning practice ).

You'll see a lot of negatives posted on here, but you will also see that most people are absolutely delighted with their spaceship... that says a lot about the character of the car.

Once again welocme, and I look forward to seeing some photos.

Thank you guys for welcoming me .

I love the Civic since I've seen it first on Hondas launch party in January. Had to wait a long time till I had enoughe money to get that beauty. The design is absolutely perfect. And one thing I also love about it is, that I see maybe 3 of it per month on the streets. When I go to work I see a minimum of 50 VW Golf V and it's about 20 minutes from home to work.

Welcome totallyAcRo!

Nice choice of spec and colour. At least you won't feel like an outsider here with your NHB.

Too bad they aren't bringing the 2.2 here at all. Just checked yesterday with my dealer.

Welcome from Germany

It is nice to welcome another forum member who comes from Germany. I am not a German but I have lived in Germany since December 2004 and I will stay here untill July 2007. I wish I could stay here forever but my contract can not be prolonged ( I work for an international company in Heidelberg). I do love Germany. Especially I like Autobahns and very disciplined German drivers that give you a way when you want to speed up a little bit on motorway. Welcome again. Enjoy this forum as I do.

Thats cool, Heidelberg isn't far away from here. I'm from Stuttgart, that's about 120 km from Heidelberg.

By the way: Just got mail from my Honda Dealer. I will get my Civic in week 50 this year. That's between December 11th and 15th. I'm so happy I could cry

Welcome to you,

More and more people from the continent on this forum (one of the best i've ever read...) I love germany too, and i hope that i will recieve my car before christmass. So i will pay a visit to my parents who are living near the german bordure and have a "fast" ride on your motorways !

I waonder where all the civic my dealer is selling are (never seen one in the area... )

This forum is really helpfull and people very nice !

I hope one days we will take time to organise a meeting of all "continental members"... Maybe in the UK ?

So have a nice day !
