Buying a civic

Hello everybody. I am in the process of buying a new honda civic and i discovered your website at the weekend. It has really confirmed that i am buying the right car. I have one out on a two day test drive from the dealer and absolutely love it. I'm going to order the 2.2 ES diesel but not sure about colour. I like nighthawk black! I was just wondering if anyone out there knows what sort of discounts are available on the new civic? I'm buying from a dealer in northern ireland and i was wondering if the target prices in magazines like what car are realistic. I'd be very grateful for any suggestions. Cheers!

More and more Irish people on the forum yet, CZ wille be happy !

I can't really help you about discount cause I'm in France, but here the figures given in the newspaper and on website are good, about 4 to 5 % Discount. Then you can negotiate free accessories with the dealer (Thats what I've done)

I'm hoping for some sort of discount as i am buying straight. I'm going to sell my old car privately.
