Talking Hi-Type R on it's way!

Hi all!

Brand new to the site so I thought I'd say hello. Got a silver Type R gt on it's way in about seven weeks. I feel like a kid waiting for his prezzie at Crimbo!!
The test drive was awesome and although I've never been a big fan of silver cars, the one we test drove looked so good it swung my opinion. My mate is getting a black one - I reckon they all look stunning to be honest but you gotta make a choice at some point - so silver for me.
Nice one, if you wanna say hi feel free.
Cheers la's! from Scouse Gav

You do realise that drivers of black cars have proven to be faster than drivers of silver cars, hence me ordering a black one!!

I'm driving black now and my new CTR that's on it's way is silver. And that is faster so that solves it once and for all.

My silver 2.2 i-ctdi is faster than my old black 1.4 megane. The rule holds true!

I think you`ll find that black not only means pure raw speed but also the precense of mystical forces plus the powers of the dark side. And as a general rule drivers of black cars tend to the be some of the finest manley specimens known to mankind!!

I suggest we stop this silly post now before I embarrass any more drivers of silver cars!!

You know why black is slower ? It's harder to keep clean. So there is more weight on the car, making it slower.
Silver always looks cleaner, meaning less weight and more speed.

It's all so easy
Looks nice though, black. I agree on that.

But does looking cleaner mean it is cleaner? My theory is that because drivers of black cars natuarally go faster, there is actually less dirt on the car as the dirt is blown off by the extreme velocity and wind speeds. This proves once and for all that black cars are faster.

This is also quite clearly explained in Stephen Hawkins last book "Universe"

The absorbtion of hot air due to the black surface makes the black one heavier - and therefore slower!
And it's harder to keep clean too

The absorption may be true but black surfaces dispel heat the quickest also. It is a known fact in the building trade that radiators should really be black and not white!! I am right!!

Einstien said that in a race between black light and a silver light- at a certain point the silver one would actually be the only one to enter light speed. The black one would stay slow and dirty! Scientific fact Spidey

Viking I suggest you stick to washing your hair!! Silver is not a colour that occurs in the natural world, hence your theory of silver light is a pile of horsedung. Why don`t you just admit that you`ve been outsmarted on every level possible by myself and I am a faster driver than you. Period! The End!! No more! I win!!
