Well I've gone and ordered it!

There'll be another 2.2 EX swelling the ranks of the West Country CivicInfo supports from end of June!

I placed my order today for a Galaxy Grey 2.2 EX with glass roof, parking sensors, side protectors, and roof rack. Of course some of you are to blame for getting me thinking more seriously about new rather than nearly new - oh! I suppose the attraction of the glass roof'd Civic we test drove today also helped quite a bit.

Still thinking about an Ipod connection - hoping to have one demonstrated next week - the one in the show one was out today.

Thanks for the advice so far.

Congrats Wavepower I'm sure you won't regret buying new!!

Mr's JoeyF has a Jazz with a Honda 3.5mm iPod connector in and it sounds great but you only get use of the volume button on the steering wheel, you can't change tracks etc, but saying that I found a device for the iPod which comes with a seperate RF remote which looks like a clever add on.

After saying all that I'm not sure if the Civic one is the same, I refused having one due to the enormous expense!!

Welcome to the site, I'd check out the comments about the Civic Ipod adaptor, it's really not worth the money.
