Hi everyone

Tomorrow I will be ordering my new 1.8 ES in vivid blue from my local Honda dealer. I will probably be harassing you all for advice when it arrives!

Well it turns out there's a 4 month lead time on blue or black 1.8 ES models! So I'm getting a silver one instead and it'll be ready for collection in about 2 weeks

I traded my 2002 Hyundai Coupe FX 1.6 with 69000 miles + 15000 euros for the new Civic. (List price in Ireland for the ES with metallic paint is 28000 euros)

I think the local distributor had it in stock in Dublin! I still won't be able to pick her up for a few days (need to sort out transferring the remaining outstanding finance from my old car). unfortunately the blue one is a 1.4 SE - there seems to be a shortage of 1.8 ES in that colour.
