2 Days to go and counting

Well I turned up at work this morning to see my new 2.2 CDTi sat outside the dealers valet/prep shop which is 2 doors down from my office, now got them feelings like a kid a few days before christmas.

Well I collect it on Wednesday and have my list of checks ready from this site and my civinfo.com sticker prepped and ready to go

Whsker, excellent! My advice would be to go over the car before you do the paperwork. The dealer likes to do it the other way round, because once you've signed you feel like you've already bought it and it takes so long you are itching to drive it away.

Inspect first, and it's much easier to stop the proceedings if you find something horrible.

Fingers crossed it will be fine, and that sticker will be on in seconds!

Welcome to the longest two days of your life.

Most guys getting a company car just get, a car!

But you, you're getting a proper Space Ship.

Congrats.

I initially wanted the NHB one, purely cos they look menacing, but then i guess i grew up a little and changed my mind twice. I had the dealers car for a 24hr test drive and took it back with my son, and he really liked the Alabaster Silver, then when I went in to order it there was 2 Galaxy Greys ones outside, so I ended up ordering the Grey one. Love the spec on the 2.2 EX also

The spaceship has landed, just been and collected from the dealers, and I must say the service from Holden Honda in Norwich was excellent, from initial point of contact in the showroom all the way through the sales process and hand over.

Im now a happy chappy
