Hi and welcome. My friends dad has a 2.2 civic with a 25 foot caravan and says it has more than enough torque to pull it up any hill but at speed can get a wobble on and thrown around by the caravan. He has to stick to the legal towing speed limits (obviously) and take it easy when windy etc.

Welcome buddy - a 22 foot 1300kg caravan is a bit too heavy for the Civic IMO
Remember the 85% towing rule?

Welcome from mansfield, from a ex caravan salesman i wouldn't recommend it, it's not the amount of torque but the weight of the car
