I was actually quite suprised how "confy" the R was on 18" wheels, so i have no problem going for 19 But ofcourse watch out for those potholes

Thank you Amronno and Jacqui for keeping your fingers crossed for me I am however rather sceptical now about 25 Nov as a delivery date. I just looked on my calendar and its a Sunday!!

Thanks also Amronno for your very detailed answer about your experiences with different wheel sizes.
I think that for now i will keep the standard 18" wheels (its probably much too late to ask for them as a factory fitted option now anyway).
Maybe i will think again when i have had the car for a little while and have got used to it. I keep forgetting that the new 'r' is quite a lot more refined than my current 'old' one which gives a very hard ride on 17" wheels. I love it but my passengers are not so sure

Cap, unfortunately there are lots of potholes round where I live.
Despite your suffering in pain I bet you get your car before I do

Yipeeeeeeee! Its being delivered to the dealer end of next week and i'm going to collect on 29th. Could collect on 26th but wanted to wait til my day off work. I'll have 4 work free days on my own to play with my new toy Didn't fancy collecting it late in the afternoon in the dark but my patience will be severely tested.

Now i just need to make up my mind whether to get the red ambient lighting done........

I heard the amient light is a lot of work to fit, but it looks cool! Might be a bit expensive with the working hrs on thatone..?
