Talking Hi from Goucestershire and does anyone have the internal bikerack?

Hi All,

Picked my silver 2.2 up last week. Love it, first car to put a stupid great grin on my face in ages!

Had to park it at Birmingham airport over the weekend, I was almost dreading coming back and finding something nasty had happened. Fortunately my carefully selected neigbours meant all was well.

Anyway, I particularly got this car so I could chuck my bike in the back. On the Honda site you can pick an internal bike rack as an optional extra. I can't find any pictures of one. Does anyone have one? Or is it just a rip off and I'm better with my trusty old blanket and a few elastic straps?

Cheers,
Matt

alternatively, with the magic seats up, it fits in the back, leaving the boot free for all your muddy kit

The internal rack looks great. As you can see from my avatar I'm still 'Dreaming' and was wondering if the rear seats in the 3door versions collapsed forward in the same way. ie. Does the rack fit?

2 attachments per car? Really? Wouldn't seem like there would be room

the seats in the 3 doors do indeed fold forwards, so yep

think you're right though - 2 might be a squeeze...
maybe make sure one of them has a quick release rear wheel too

Brilliant, thanks guys. I wondered if it was something that fitted under the magic seats so you still had your boot.

I'm sure I can "make" something!
