Thumbs up New owner

Had my 2.2 EX in blueish silver for just over a week now.
Apart from not having a folding hardtop it's a big improvement all-round from my Megane CC 1.9 DCI

Used this site before buying the car and it helped make my mind up!

Sorry I've not posted any pictures yet but 2 days after I picked the car up it was filthy dirty and has been since. It's in having a towbar fitted today and I'm planning on washing it at the weekend (weather permitting!)

(Said with eyes down in humble expression) I had an allagro too and a TR7! Enjoy the site. A Civ sicker on the rear screen would add value me thinks!

Congratulations size13, many happy and safe miles motoring. I am trying to identify a forum member who has an 08 model. Can that be you? If so I am curious as to whether you receive 'the letter' re the handbrake issue which is well documented in the bugs, faults etc forum.
PS, being local, might I enquire where you did the deal?

Boozyjunior is dead right this site is very adictive and I spend far too much time on here. It has certainly added very much to the enjoyment of my car and the available information and advice of fellow members is priceless.
Oh! and great choice with your colour.

Following advice from Polished Bliss on our colour just waiting for my detailing kit and can't wait to give the Workstatt Acrilic system a go. If interested see my thread on Cleaning and styling. Until I got involved here never realised there was so much to getting the best out of the finish on your car. - Just my latest obsession with my spaceship. It's all Civinfo's fault - Sad isn't it
