Other Car Cradle for iPhone 1st Gen

I am looking to get a cradle for my iPhone. Currently I am using one of those generic ones designed to hold a PDA - you know the sort with the foam pads on the sides that ratchet in and out. It has a bendy arm and a suction cup window mount.

What I'm after is basically the same thing but with a cradle specifically designed for the iPhone.

I have seen the ones that attach to the Dash, centre console or Aircon Grille but I like having the phone up high where I can see it.

Unfortunately, because the iPhone is not sold here in Aus, there's not much around (ie: nothing). The few options that I have found are either WAY more than I want (I don't need it to charge, or have an FM transmittter or anything like that) or the postage is 8 times the price of the cradle.

Anyone who can suggest a possible solution, or a good place to get one that won't gouge me for shipping - your help would be greatly appreciated...

I have this one DealExtreme: $6.34 DPL Windshield Mount Holder for iPhone mounted on the dash (not the windshield).
Its cheap, and they ship for free.
