AUX in connecting my ipod

hi ive got an 07 civic and want to connect an ipod so i heard that i can use the gateway 100 but ray smith say it wont work, so if anyone fitted one of these please tell me.

I just fitted the dice ipod kit works well dont no much about the gateway.

did u happen to see what head unit make it is . is it pioneer cos ray smith are being awkward about it or should i go for the dice?

I think it is actually panasonic but im not certain. The decison is up to you however i can say that i am happy with the dice unit along with a few others on here.

I had to get an fm modulator as i have a panasonic and and all the others fit into pioneer.

All Civ head units are the same (new shape Civics that is) and it's a Panasonic.

Ye so if i buy a dension gateway 100 it will definately work with my civic, its just i dont want to watse money on a thing which may not work.
