AUX in RCA input

Hi all, can anybody confirm or not that the factory fit radio with CD/Aux button actually has a connector that works? All I am trying to do is to input a harman/kardon drive +play into the CD input on the back of the radio via RCA. Many companys are offering connectors on the web however on contact ALL are saying nothing is available untill spring. My Honda local delership (Pennine Honda) could not help with my enquiry just stating he has 3 things showing on screen all related to CD interchanger?

Remember all I am trying to do is input RCA through this connector.

Longjon, welcome.

The head unit has to be "conned" into thinking that there is a remote CD player connected, and then it allows an AUX in. I did this by using the connects2 adaptor, full details are here:

Hi, So far this is proving very confusing with every one having a different story, however it does look like I may be getting near it looks like the following site may offer the part we need. http://www.incarexpress.co.uk/view_p...partno=VHOX001
I'll keep you posted once parts arrive.
We may also need Honda part Ref 08A360H6000 priced at £73.97 (hoping I don't though).

That's no good - the head unit is Matsushita.

AUX - IN adapter for all HONDA factory car radios with CD changer control in:
Accord 2003-2005, Civic 2002-2005, Jazz and S2000 2004-2005

I doubt it immediatly as it even says only up to the 2005 model.
