How to wire an amp?

I'm having some issues here with trying to hook up my amp to the back of the factory stereo in my 2006 civic Lx coupe. Does anyone know if there are rca's on the the factory stereo, and is it hard to get to them?

There's no rca output on the factory stereo

What you can do is put in a converter from a boxsignal too a rca output...

Yeah u can get a convertor. his will work by taking a feed from the left and right hand speakerwires which will convert them to the RCA which u already have. There is no need to disconnect the wires, just join to them.

Im not sue but the converter would be needed regardless of model if there are no preouts on the headunit. So there is a way around it for any stereo u might have.
