Hi just buy one of the fm tuners that connect to the ipod , that way no drilling or arsing around with the dash board the centre consol is great place to hold it and easy access to change tracks .... but the best thing cheap ..£39 for the belkin one and you get an in car charger ..

I agree - iPod Nano 2 gen and XtremeMac Airplay fm transmitter - works a treat!

Could someone please describe how I access the setup menu to allow control direct from the iPod?

I have looked at some settings (from pressing menu, map and back simultaneously), but couldn't find anything iPod specific there.
