Speakers Speaker wiring colours. Help

Im just about to start wiring in my sub but need help in locating the correct wires.

when im wiring this to the rear speakers(at the HU end) is it easy to tell which colour wires are the rear ie

rear right + =?
rear right - =?

rear left + =?
rear left - =?
