Speakers standard speakers?

how has everyone else found the standard speakers. Mine seem really good, best standard car speakers I have ever had. I am even having second thoughts about upgrading them, which I have done on every car I have had before.

I can have my volume up to 35 on a CD without distortion, loads of sound and bass. Mirrors all moving with the bass. I am very impressed.

I am wondering if I have the wrong speakers in the car, I have a drilled ally foot rest that I shouldnt and locking whell nuts.

I think the bigest difference I have notced since swapping the front speakers for Infinitys is due to the new crossover network and tweeters. The sound is now much clearer.

I agree. Whilst there is plenty of bass from both speakers, the standard ones sounded quite wooly but the aftermarket ones are more defined. The mid range and treble is much cleaner on the replacement ones, and the sensitivity seems about the same.
