Alpine speakers in civic

i'm planing this summer install new speakers in my civic.....i had my eye on Alpine speakers and need opinions

Frront speakers (seprate system) ---- Alpine SPR-17S
Rear speakers ---- Alpine SPR-17C

specialy i0'm interested in frequency response of these speakers....since infinity's have 58Hz-21kHz.....and alpine's have 65Hz - 27kHz

anyone? i'm interested in frequency response since civic door are light?....what range should speakers have.....no amp install....just speakers

I am not sure if you would notice the extra 6 kHz at the high frequence. I think we don't hear frequences above 20kHz or so, but it sure helps to complete the sound as a whole. Think this is mostly when a good cabinet is used for the speaker. Next to that you should find out what the output frequences are from the radio unit.
What about the costs of those two?

about 250-300€...in this price range here inifinity's cost too, but i love alpine....and i'm planing to install sound isolation before changeing speakers...

Hello I have the SPR17S in the front:

Alpine Type R

I love Alpine too

I have also put dynamat extreme on the door, which stops rattles and vibrations

Im very pleased with them, they are much better than the stock speakers. I am thinking about changing the rear speakers for SPR17C and install 2 Alpine subs SWR1042D and MRD M605 AMP.

I have found a good deal on the sub and amp:

I would go with alpine and no amp install to get the sound your looking for ...

are they hard to fit ad whats the uk cost ice wants 165 to fit and suply speakers not sure what they are just no they are 75 watts
