is only video. For audio u need audio interface too.

No gray, this is an official honda accessory, so it hasn't any problem with gps, or with backward gear

Nor does mine or gray's if you you are not moving, cos it would be illegal to look at videos whilst driving!

I'm very happy with my solution - very cheap and reasonable video quality! Great with my new Nokia N95

czechplastik i'm from Italy.
Bog i know about ** solution and gray's one and i was thinking do the same, but i bought a Civic because i was tired of open and close and modify my car to add this or this other feature, so when i knew that an official accessory come up i was happy with it (and with the idea that an official Honda dealer would do this work for me).
I know too that is not legal to watch videos whilst driving, as i know that is dangerous as look at navi screen or play with ipod to change a song.
Is not matter to have better or worse solution, matter is that everyone of us is happy with his own solution. I wanted just give a tip about it.

Yes Gray u have 2 solutions, if u have an orignal rear camera u need a proper Y cable (official from Honda), or u can use the second video in and connect the interface to the reverse gear to auto switch on this input.

If It Has No Audio How Are You Going To Hear The Film Your Watching? Why Would Also Then Want To But An Extra Audio Bit For The Sound. If You Ask Me This Is Not A Genuine Honda Part, As It Would Be All Done In One Plug In Box.

Well u are free to think whatever u want, anyway if u would check italian honda website u would have evidence and proof:

Honda Automobili Italia - Auto Honda: Civic Hybrid Accord CR-V FR-V Jazz S2000 Legend - Usato e concessionarie Honda

Clik on "entra il sito" (enter the site)
then on upper part choose "configuratore"
Choose civic 5p and any version u like, then choose ipilot version, choose a color and click on the right side "accessori".
In audio section scroll down and look for "interfaccia video".

It's not a genuine Honda part, one that Honda Italy have sourced from a 3rd party. If it's RGB then the pic quality may be better than the composite solution, but it's alot of euro's for a solution without audio.

Well same u can say about Bluetooth, about audio interfaces, about car stereo, etc. Is obvious that Honda doesn't make every part of his cars.
Is expensive but it won't void the warranty and is certified that works, and that's fine for me.

PS it is RGB.
