Other Video iPod or iPod Touch video to satnav screen

Hello,

As I've been reading there seem to be many iPod solutions but has anyone worked out a way to use a video iPod and output the video and audio to the sat nav screen and speakers (obviously while not driving along)

It's not possible yet. You can watch DVD's and play games consoles but theres no way to physically hook up ipods and watch videos directly.

There is way, i have just retired my Civic from my dealer with the official audio video interface

I've posted a 3d few days ago bout it. I went directly to work today and i couldn't try it, but as soon as i can i will do a test and tell more details.

Tell me, can you get the iPod menu on the sat screen and then choose playlist etc or is it "only" displaying the video when playing a movie?

I hadn't how try it since i'm waiting for a cable to connect ipod to video. I've tried with an Archos AV700 and it works quite fine.
