My install Possible New ICE build for SQ, what do you think? PS subwoofer, DOG or DOGS ****

ok I bought this Rainbow Vanadium 10" Subwoofer for £165 delivered. The one i bought was new with warranty. Normal price £320. Did i get a dog or a decent subwoofer? PS im not after SPL or to show off.

Im going for SQ. My ICE build will be

3sixty.2 (or alpine HXE 650 signal processor)
Rainbow Profi Vanadiums (waiting to hear Hertz Milies) components
Audison LRX amp or Genisis equivalent, or Ipaul amp
Vanadium Woofer (as below)
as yet unspecified amp for sub (open to suggestion here)

Some questions:

1-Whats the best amp to run the components above?
2-Is this sub a dog? If so, whats better?
3-Whats a decent amp for the sub, and which amp for the comps?
4-Can i go 2nd hand on the amp(S) or woud you reccomend only new?
5- what do you honestly think of this ICE combination for SQ? This is my first serious build. I am open to suggestion or alternatives. This is why i am asking.
6- I am looking to source somewhere reliable and competitive for the parts (new or used), does anyone have any reccomendations? feel from to PM me on this question.
