Rockford Fosgate 400-4
Hi, some days ago I fitted a Rockford Fosgate 400-4 in the trunk
After replacing the front speakers with Polk db6501 system, it soon became evident that the poor built-in amp didn't produce sufficient current. The bass was lifeless and lacked grip. So I decided to go all the way and install some proper stuff. The result is (as expected) a much more punchy low end, but also a more stable and relaxed yet open and detailed sound picture. Recommended if you don't carry a spare in the lower trunk. Btw, I installed a four channel amp so I can opt for a SW in the lower trunk later |
