How much for the upgrade Gear stick in options

How much is it to supply and post me the upgrade 6speed gear stick for the Type S GT in the options book, with that leather bit on it,

sorry i dont know any part numbers.

Would you also be able to quote a price for the BASS works to be supplied and fitted,

any ideas for the gear stick? i dont have a picture i am afraid but its in the civic brochure

I've paid 100 € not fitted by my dealer in St Etienne... By the way did you ship to France ?
