Nice pictures and good job etc. but prehaps Pottsy needs a new forum for dealer adverts like this? That way we can all get our respective dealers to sign someone up to the board and they can all advertise equally, prehaps contributing to club costs for the privilege?

Side bits colour keyed.

The link that you have supplied is for the Bodykit, and not the body protection black trims. I think there is a slight confusion here.

Regards

Cheers, red was the colour I was going to do but we couldnt get one at the time.

See I think a 3 door in red with the boot spoiler should have been labeled the sport, just like the last model.

Thankyou for posting this pic.

It's all down to personal preference but to my eye the grey plastic trim looks fine when it contrasts to the body colour.
Good on the silver, blueish silver, vivid blue and red. Not so good on the cosmic, galaxy, black & royal blue. Champagne - the jury's out?

You should see the Type S accessory front, looks great, not sure if it will retrofit the 5 Door though when it comes out.

I think it looks great but I don't know if it's that much of an improvement from the original.

When I first saw the grey trims I hated it but I'm used to it now and reckon it looks fine as standard. Like Bassa says, it makes a nice contrast to some colours.

It looks good but think I prefer mine the way it is. Not sure if you lose some of the definition. It's a lot of extra money to pay out on something which is devaluing every day.

Hi
I am looking a getting my Type S sprayed up.
I have been to a couple of local bodyshops and have had two different methods of painting recommended.
One is just painting the trim whilst the other included priming and painting to give a smoother finish.
Which way did you do the trims on this car, so I can get an idea as to the sort of finish I can expect.
Thanks

I think Honda will change it in 2008 (they did with the CRV after 2 years)
That I why I wanted a 06 Civic, I simply do not like all in the same colour, furthermore the car is even more sensible to scratches.
The Red Civic with the black trim looks great! (as does my champ. with the black trim)
