[Head] Changing Headlights?? Help

I have a typeR and was wondering how to remove that rubber box that blocks the headlight H7 (next to the battery). The instruction manual shows it comes out but Ive tried tugging at it and it wont budge.

Maybe in Aus you have to twist it the other way?

When you take it out theres an arrow on it show you which way to turn it

No arrow on it, managed to yank it out, but then putting it back in it wont wrap itself over the plastic pipe. Whoever engineered that part.....
