lights?

hi everyone, i bought the type r rear indicators a while ago, and i noticed the bulbs are orange, does anyone know;

1) what type of bulbs they are - (offset etc...) as i took them out yesterday and had no idea..

2) if anyone sells chrome/silver bulbs to replace them?
as this would be a very subtle mod. (and cheap! )

Got these in my CTR WY21W (Wedge Type) Philips Silver Vision (pair) :: Front/Rear Indicators :: Upgrade Indicator, Stop/tail Bulbs :: Autobulbs Direct Ltd - Xenon bulbs, car bulbs, wiper blades, headlight, Osram, Ring, Philips
Should be just what you need

If you look at the rear indicators in a Type R the normal bulbs are orange so through the clear lens they look orange. Both the normal and silver will obviously flash orange when you indicate.

So by changing to the Silver bulbs they look silver through the lens when not indicating and flash orange when you do

Nothing more than cosmetics really

You can see the result if you look at the front indicator. Clear lens with a silvered amber bulb.

Imagine if that was just amber. Wouldn't look as good behind a clear lens.
