Whats best?

I've noticed that most people on here have upgraded the standard bulbs but which would they recommend? I've noticed the most popular are either Osram Nightbreakers or the Philips Xtreme/Vision plus.

It all depends in what you want to achieve. If you want something thats going to give the best light output then yes the Philips +80% and Osram +90% bulbs will be the best options. If you want something thats going to give you a blue tint then something like the Philips Blue vision are a good option or if you want just a whiter light then something like the Philips Power 2 night bulbs are a good option as they also give 50% more light output

With the Philips Xtreme Power and Osram Night Breaker bulbs you will get an extra 80/90% more light on the road so a noticeable difference over standard bulbs.

In Finland the sun is shining all night during the summer . It does not start getting dark until around August. Having said that, we need to drive with the lights on all the time...

ps, actually, I think you will find that it is june 21st...
