Head Driving Abroad

Anyone know where I can see an illustration of where to put my beam reflectors when driving in France.

as far as i remember you dont need anything just pop up the bonnet and by the lights there are allan key adjusters on each light. one will adjust up or down the other left or right. i think the size is a 10 or 11 if memory serves me right.
