Well, I've just got back from a week in Lanzagrote, and I'm sorry I missed the outcome. Mind you, I was seeing double from time-to-time out there!

Actually, if you look closely, you'll see that there are acutally THREE bulbs in the indicator.

MY GOD! Not only are there FIVE BULBS in there, but I think that one of the factory workers is stuck in there too. Every time I look, I see an eye peering back at me looking bloodshot & tired. I wonder how long he's been in there. I bought the car in June, but he could have been in there for a while before that. WHy would they fit SIX BULBS in each indicator AND a Honda Engineer too?

Could this be part of the engine management system? Or is this a fault that I should report to my dealer?

Please let me know, I'm really worried.

I suggest you check to see if you have a Honda engineer stuck inside your headlights too. Mine had tired bloodshot, world weary eyes, like he (I presume, I can only see an eye) was sick and tired of being stared at. I just don't know what to do and feel so helpless.

Perhaps if I climb inside the engine bay, I might be able to find the missing engineer?... Argh, it's very tight in here, especially with the bonnet closed.

Oooh, now I can see the indicators...... So many bulbs..... Pretty lights....

The nice lady with the tablets will be around soon.

Damian

Let's see if we can stretch this thread until it SNAPS!

And....

People used to think that about the last model of Golf (not the new one obviously) - where the indicator and sidelights were in the middle of the dipped and main beam - the reflectors made it appear that there lots of bulbs...

And seeing as the UK and US Civics are different, the headlight units are a wee bit different too I'm thinking....

Does look nice tho.. Might have to "mod" that. Wooo!
