Red Footwell Lights In CTR-GT
I've fitted 'home made' red footwell lights in my new CTR today. I've managed to integrate them into the existing variable brightness dash lamp circuit so that they dim / brighten along with the other dash / ambient lighting (when you adjust the dimmer switch on the dashboard)
If anyone's interested how I did this and want more info - let me know. I can post pictures at the weekend if need be. Cost about a tenner since no other componenets other than the two 12 Volt strip led's (three glass clear red led's on each) and a few meters of two core flex. Obviously would work equally well for Blue lighing too! http://www.charlton.metsite.com/images/dsc00971.jpg |
