Did you know it's illegal to drive with your fog lights on if it's not foggy ?? A mate of mine learned the hard way when he got 3 points |

Just a quick message to say that I purchased a couple of these covers last summer when my car was brand new. Luckily, Gray52 lives quite near my place of work so he fitted them for me. Anyway, since being fitted I have covered around 18k miles without any foglight drama whatsoever. This is doing a lot of driving each day on the A1 too.
Anyway, on a stretch of open road in the country near grantham I unfortunately hit a cat which ran out onto the main road and darted across (this was a 60mph road). By the time I could stop and check, I had some fur in the corner of the spoiler and a missing foglight cover. I can only assume the car must have clipped the cat as it made its dash and the impact dislodged the cover. I wasn't sure of the status of the cat but at least the spoiler meant it didn't go under the wheels, although not sure the alternative was too good either. Anyway, despite the impact and the loss of the cover, the foglight was still in perfect condition so at least it did its job. Popped round to Gray52's again yesterday and picked up a replacement cover, so now the car feels complete again. I would totally recommend these covers to anyone. With my mileage, I feel sure I would have had a smashed light by now if it wasn't for them and the outlay is so cheap in comparison. |

I hit a small deer in my car but luckily (for me) the car wasn't damaged and the fog light cover stayed on. The deer was not so lucky because it went under both front and rear wheels
I also, on anoter day, hit a cone some idiot had thrown in the middle of the road, but that did wipe out the cover, but saved the light |

Wish I had known about these 24 hours ago :(
Gray,
Ive just sent you a PM having suffered my first fog light smash and the subsequent £150 headache that follows. Hind sight is a wonderful thing and your little add ons seem just the thing to prevent it happening again. If you could forward me your details I would be much obliged. Cheers |

Fog Light covers
Hi Gray,
Haven't got the car yet (pick it up in a couple of days) but it looks like a set of your famous covers are the 'must have' accessory! Please send PM if you've got a set available. Many thanks. |
