Guys we must be able to "sound out" other owners/users with what we recieve to be an injustice, thats what forums are for.
I am a member as you yourselves are of a lot of forums and I must say they have saved me much money over the years. Long may it continue. |

I have spoken to holdens today, and it would seem they have been somewhat "mislead" on the pricing of these "Fog Lamps".
The way Honda parts pricing is laid out or something, however They are going to remedy this with future charges being £199.27. Holdens have send off my Fog-Lamps and are waiting for a responce from Honda UK. They have expressed to me there disapointment at my criticism of them on this site. They feel I have "tarnished" them somewhat unfairly. So I now wish to give them the benefit of the doubt with this and see what service they offer me in the future, I am always willing to "hold my hand up" if I make a mistake, I did in fairness to them storm in with guns blazing. On reflection prohaps quietly going about rectifying this problem would have been the better way. It would seem they appear genuine in this instance. |

I also have to get back to them about the problems with my fixed rear windscreen. Other things have been better, so I'm reserving final judgement as yet. |
