CAn somebody confirm for me that this URL is the link to the correct bulb for the front interior lights?...

https://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/pr...cat=612&page=1

I've already ordered and fitted the rear light and I'm ready to take the next step!!! Also, Nick mentioned that you have to remove some of the front housing to make the front bulbs fit (!!!) Could somebody do a "How To" for fitting the front interior lights as well?

Cheers!

Yeah...but that URL is linking to the correct bulb isn't it? It's just the picture they show of the bulb just shows a whole bunch of separate LEDs rather then the bulb itself. And I'm wondering about the thing about removing part of the housing as well. Any ideas?

I just worry that it will be OVER blue in there. And you won't be able to comfortably read stuff (maps, etc)

Rear ones in and working no problem

Front ones, did you guys remove just the clear plastic or the whole surround, I've got small fingers but can't get the existing ones out with only the clear plastic removed!!!

Edit, pulled the whole thing off and fitted, all working nicely, I'll try some pics soon, nice blue mod thx

Yea much easier thanks Kevin. Pics below

*cough* guess who fitted the rear light then realised he's left his keys in the house and the child locks were ON
The horn worked on the 4th attempt to summon the wife, I pretended I wanted her to come and see the new lights otherwise I'd probably be spending the night in there if she knew I'd done that!!!

blue led at the front

hi guys,
I've now done the back light in blue, very nice. thanks for the heads up.

My civic has a small blue light at the front, between the two whites ones and it's on all the time (when you're driving). I assume this is supposed to make the gearstick area glow? Do they all have this? My previous BMW had the same but orange and a bit brighter, so I'm wondering if I can boost that up a bit.

thanks
