TC, I still believe they want to make customers happy. But in retail there is only so far you can go. Things haven't always been bad between you and HUK; and you are one of the few that has managed to get a brand new replacement car out of them! You had the magic once...

Well, HUK told me at the time that I would have won the day in Court which is why they recommended that Chiswick replace it.

If they didnt ignore me I wouldnt get so annoyed, the Manager at Chiswick told me that he thinks they are ignoring me again and wont answer my questions, its just silly.

jagged - The fog-lite prob is mainly due to the fact the lites are sub-standard in that the glass is wafer-thin and due to the weakness in the corners they will break if you look at them wrongly let alone touch them!
Honda AND dealers will not replace under warranty - they ALWAYS insist its something (anything) other than a cheaply made tardy product, compared to most other car fog-lites. john07

Re HUK Customer Services and replies to you all - of course they want to keep customers complaints seperate and treat them as individuals - divide and conquer is the principal at play here, if too many of us get together on this forum to flag up genuine issues and press HUK on them they are afraid they may have to address those issues! Keep up the discussion and sharing of info people - it'll pay off long term I'm sure. . . .
