Which 501's are best for the front map reading lights the single led or the four led ones - in the second post is a link to the 4 led bulbs but in other threads there are links to the single led bulbs.

Do the 4 led 501 bulbs fit ok?

I am just about to order some bulbs for mine but want to make sure I make the right choice

I use the 4 LED bulbs in the front map reading lights.
They are fine and fit well straight out of the box.

Which thread references single LED 501s for this position?

Thanks mate - I went ahead earlier and ordered the 4 Led Bulbs - Spent just over £52 on bulbs - would have been over £57 without discount

Post 7 on the following thread mentions the single LED 501's for the map lights:-

[HOW TO] Replace rear internal lights with blue LEDs

Not sure if anywhere else mentioned them

Although those should also fit, it is the 4 LED version you want.
