Reversing Light Wires?

Have you found the 'wires'?

About to do this myself - I know AubreyS already has. I've sent a PM.

if you take off the trim around the rear right seatbelt area you will find the wires there

What sensors are you buying. I am thinking of doing this but am a bit concerned how the sensors will look on the back of the car.

Parking Sensors

I bought mine on Ebay. There are lots of different types. Some with just a buzzer or with a display too.

CISBO - Parking Sensor

I've bought the same as Aubrey - after his recommendation ( ) and although I havent as yet fitted them, I am more than happy with what I have received.

Instructions arent much use but the colour match for Galaxy grey is quite good if poss a little dark but not that you would notice. See pic

The brand is CISBO (Chinese I believe

For £27 (delivered) I'm not complaining - other kits charge about that just to match the colour

miggins- I got sensors fitten by an audio technician and I watched him do it (sorry, no pics)

But there are screws under the bumber that you need to remove. Additionally you need to pop the interior trim (around the boot lock area) off as it is held on with poppers. Once this is done I think there are a few more screws and then the bumper should pop off.

I hope this helps, if not PM me

..yes, I watched as my technician removed mine (alas, no pictures either). He was laid on his back removing screws from underneath the bumper. Seemed like they were about 20 - 30 cm under. Then I went inside the waiting area and didn't return for 10 mins or so. By that time the bumper was off, along with the two small body panels over the wheel arch and plastic trim. Might be worth getting your dealer to do it. Have a look at AubreyS's postings.

Hello

I mailed the original Honda manual to install the parkingsensors to Basegreen.
Perhaps you can ask him to mail it to you.
It tells where the wiring is of the reverse light and how to remove the rear bumper.

Success.
