Blue light that shines on the gear stick
Afternoon Folks
Just wondering if it is possible to replace the Blue light that shines on the gear stick with a brighter one. I've seen the posts that tell you how to replace the bulb but can't see if you can increase the brightness. Ta Robbie |

I am not sure about replacing, but I am sure someone either enlarged the hole, or moved it closer, in an attempt to increase brightness, I forget when, or whether it was a success, I have slept since then!

Between the 2 map lights in the front there is a small slit, a blue led is behind it, not sure if it is model specific though.

Which was my thought as well. So I had a look and you are right, there it is. I had noticed the light but hadn't realised why it was there. it really does give very little illumination which makes me wonder why it was fitted. |

Red on the typeR obviously and it seems to work for me - as a gentle glow.
Perhaps the red spectrum is more noticeable than the blue ... |
