Has anybody changed the lights in the vanity mirrors ? , have changed the other interior ones for blue which look well cool. Wondering if the vanity mirrors lights would also benefit form either blue or white led's

Dont think its a good idea to go 'all blue'.

You might need to read something in the car at sometime or other and those standard white vanity mirror lights could come in handy.

Aren't they generally the same people?"

You know, I had the same thouht the other day about blue vanity mirrors.
But I have never used a vanity mirror in my life so I didnt see the point.
(But I would know they were there).

I don't think changing them is a good idea. Maybe to white, but not blue. The chicks (guys too!) would complain that they couldn't do their make up properly.

I replaced all my interior with white rather than blue LED's. They do seem to have a bluish tinge to them and look much better than the yellowish light the tungston bulbs gave off, so I'm happy enough.
Had a look at the bulbs in the vanity mirrors and cant say I've seen anything like them before. They look a little like a long fuse rather than the usual festoon or 5w bullbs Ive seen in other cars. I cant recall having seen an LED equivalent that looked like a direct swap. Does anyone know what type of bulb they are and if indeed an LED version is available anywhere?
