Head Bulb confusion

Please can somebody confirm :
Type s has h1 high beam bulbs and h7 low beam bulbs
so can the low beam bulbs be repaced with 501 led the reason for the confusion is the 501's are advertised as being either t10 , wedge , capless and w5w but no mention of h7.

H1 for Main Beam
H7 for Dipped Beam
501 for sidelights

As for t10, wedge, capless and w5w, I think (the w5w I am sure) they are all names used for the 501 bulb. Don't you just love standardisation
