Optimum Light Position?

I havent had the car long (2007 type-s GT) but a few times now, oncoming drivers have flashed me even when dipped beams are on. I think its my left light which is a bit too high (i know it should be slightly higher)

I have tried adjusting with the knob on the dash but doesnt seem to make much difference.

I know you can adjust them from under the bonnet but just wondering if there was any easy way to get it correct?

I dont have a blank wall or anything close by to test them either.

They are not xenons, just normal bulbs

Eco display Eco display
Find out where they should be then set up a table cloth infront of the car that is hung up and adjust them using that, no need for a wall.

As a local MOT garage to set them up correctly.
Probs not charge you or if they do it won't be much.

You will never get them right doing it yourself.

+1

You should be able to set them to 0 (with nothing in the boot) without being flashed by other motorists.
