Fog Removal of fog lights

I am looking to remove the front fogs for track day use - any ideas how easy it is to do?
Also does any one on here know if the non GT type R bumper inserts - where the fog lights should be are easy to fit when the fogs have been removed? or how much they cost?
Grateful for any advice

i can say that bumper inserts are easy to fit...and saw that they cost about 30€ in germany....
