How to removal standard rear indicators
Hi everyone
I will get Type R rear indicators soon so How to removal standerd rear indicators Is easy to do ? also where i get silver bulb from ? Many thanks Alan |

pretty easy
 open the boot do NOT peal away the rubber surround thing - like I did  There is a plastic panel sort of next to the indicator unit, between the unit and the rubber seal. This needs to come off... As per typical Honda, it's pressed into place and held by clips. It feels like it's going to snap into a million peices, but it doesn't  Just be careful and protect the paintwork as you lever it off. Under that are 2 screw heads. undo them wonder what is now holding the unit in... basically, not a lot - it's a lug into a rubber gromet, at the back of the unit (towards the front of the car). A gentle backwards thud with your fist (towards the back of the car) and a bit of a wiggle should see it come free All that is holding it in place now are the wires to the bulb holders bear in mind that the R unit has / needs bulb holders which have lugs in different places. See the 'De-tango' thread for pics you could do as I did (carefully file bits away till the non R holders fit the R units), or do it properly by buying R bulb holders...
